Kris Vassilev's Scope of Work:

Project Architect for rezoning and site plan approval, building systems design, building permit, construction documents.


 

An infill residential development with five new 3-story row-house units and underground parking garage in downtown Toronto. The project incorporates also an existing house which is within the East Annex Heritage Conservation District. The design includes relocation of the heritage house within the property, restoration and renovation. Minor variances to the Zoning By-law included building height, residential gross floor area and alteration to the driveway parameters due to site limitations.
