Rezoning, schematic design.

This 48 storey building combines an observation tower and a hotel, comprised of 556 suites, restaurants, a pool/spa facility, and support spaces. The tower is "fused" with the hotel providing replacement facility for the old Kodak Tower. Located at the Rainbow Bridge, the structure will act as a gateway to the Niagara Falls from the north, east and west. The structure also completes a system of pedestrian connections at mezzanine level with the existing Sheraton and Brock Hotels.
