Project Architect for master plan and design development; marketing, permits and construction documents production and coordination; construction contract administration and project management.
The 4.6 hectares lot is located next to the South Beach of Obzor on a beautifully sloping terrain. This exclusive location and the analysis of the other site characteristics defined the following main design principles: maximizing the sea views and providing each unit with seaside or coastal view; location of buildings to consider retaining the topography as much as possible; providing breaks throughout the development; protecting and strengthening the existing cliff; preserving the sandy beaches. These elements of a sustainable design, coupled with a contemporary interpretation of some progressive characteristics of the local architectural traditions, outline the main design approaches of this complex.

The architectural expression of the structural elements - all in white, creates a balanced rhythm of repetitive and visually overlapping modules on the building facades and thus a strong and memorable architectural image. Applying typical for the local traditions architectural elements with a contemporary meaning - wood dividers between the terraces which accommodate the HVAC units, sunscreens marking the main building entrances in contrast with the sculptured white west facades, deep canopies, pergolas, stone garden walls and others contribute to an architecture in harmony within the context of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.

Project Architect for master plan and design development; marketing, permits and construction documents production and coordination; construction contract administration and project management.
The development includes five story north-south facing buildings arranged in a fan-shaped array with additional structures perpendicular to them. Such arrangement organizes the space between the buildings into courtyards radiating towards the sea and including private gardens, pools, and an array of pedestrian paths. The one, two, and tree-bedroom apartments have an open-plan design, each with its own outdoor terrace or garden with the indoor space flowing seamlessly into the outdoor through floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall sliding doors. The luxury penthouses on the top levels of the buildings have fully glazed curtain walls with unobstructed views and spacious roof terraces.
