The project includes full architectural and interior design services for renovation and adaptive reuse of an existing building into a banking centre. It provides new functional organization of the existing and design of new rooms, as well as renovation and transformation of the facades. An interior bearing wall covered entirely with mirrors provides a visual widening of the existing space, as well as reflection of the exterior trees and their incorporation into the interior. The project includes also landscaping and an upgrade of the adjacent parking lot.
