This new 9,290 m2 community complex includes a 1,200-seat NHL-size arena, an aquatics centre with a 25 m, six-lane pool, a 740 m2 regional library and various fitness, multi-purpose and administrative spaces. A central galleria - spine of the composition links the major program elements and provides natural light and ventilation, taking advantage of its height. LEED Gold.
